We offer a 30-day '30-Day Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do your pots come with drainage holes?

Most of our decorative ceramic pots are designed with drainage holes and matching saucers. For those that do not, we specify 'cachepot' in the description, which is intended to hold a plastic nursery liner.
